Pricing
Billing for Web site development is done on a per item basis. There is a base cost per page, which represents the cost involved in authoring the source code (i.e., formatting, layout and design) of each page. Additional services, such as graphic design/artwork, ad copy development and programming, etc., are itemized separately. Below is our standard fee schedule. A special discount rate of 10% off our standard fees is available to all recognized not-for-profit organizations.
Initial Consultation, Mock-up and Estimate
| The initial consultation is an intake session conducted with prospective clients, to ascertain your specific needs, goals, target market and other pertinent information required to help you begin the process of establishing a successful Web presence. Depending on the scope and complexity of your site, these sessions can take anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours and can be conducted via email, telephone or net conference when necessitated by geographic location. This initial consultation is used as the basis for the Site Mock-up and Development Estimate. | No Charge |
Custom Web Pages
| Custom pages are those which require extensive components, nested tables, layering, complex intake forms, etc. Most often a site is developed using both custom and basic pages. We bill a custom page fee only for those pages requiring extensive hardcoding. | $85.00/page |
Basic Web Pages
| Many secondary pages, and those which require less coding, are billed at a lower Basic Page Rate. Once we've setup the initial layout and design, why should we charge a higher rate to simply plug in context? | $45.00/page |
Artwork Development
| For both Internet and print media: artwork, logos, banners, animated graphics, FLASH, etc. | $45.00/hour |
Ad Copy Development

Data Entry
| We don't believe in charging our clients consultant or programmer fees for simple data entry work, such as large document transcriptions or database propagation, etc. This work is done by non-programmers and the saving is passed along to the client. | $15.00/hour |
